I got my good laugh today.  Pepe (small white dog) wanted me to throw his toy while I was dealing with paperwork in my office.  I took a couple of minutes and threw his snowman toy (the one that is a good squeaker) for him.

Seeka (new calico kitten) was against the wall, watching and watching.  She would make a little run out once in a while. Finally, when the toy flew past her she ran quickly and beat Pepe there.

Standing over her prize, she flung a long paw out in a batting motion.  “Don’t come any closer. This is Mine.”
